How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please allow extra time during holiday seasons.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders over €50
  • Flat-rate shipping for smaller orders: calculated at checkout based on location

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your shipment in real-time from dispatch to delivery.

Where do you ship from?

Our prints are fulfilled through local print partners in Europe and North America, helping reduce delivery times and carbon footprint.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not happy, you can return your print within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must contact us first at lotusquiropractica@gmail.com for return instructions

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. If you'd prefer a different design or size, contact us to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs may apply.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’ll replace it—no questions asked. Just send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
